I had the pleasure to work alongside Holly over a number of years for Caprice holdings. I am GM of Scott’s restaurant whilst Holly was our Head of Recruitment for Caprice Holdings & The Birley Clubs.
In the time that we worked together Holly was always heavily involved in the whole recruitment process from start to finish and constantly fulfilled an unenviable challenge of finding staff for all the sites and in particular Scott’s. We set a highly demanding criteria for Holly to find the ideal new starters and every time she came through with flying colours. She had a perfect understanding of the type of employee we were looking for and was thoroughly committed to getting the ideal candidate and also following through with feedback to them and us even when they had not been successful in joining the team.
